Abstract:As a resource province of wild Chinese medicinal materials, Heilongjiang Province is rich in medicinal materials and medicinal materials. With the liberalization of Chinese pharmaceutical retail market in the new era, the competition of Chinese herbal medicine market is increasingly fierce at home and abroad. At present, the competition among Chinese medicinal materials industry is basically on lowering prices, and the excessive price reduction competition has seriously hindered the development of the Chinese medicine market. Therefore, based on SWOT analysis, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, threats of Chinese medicinal materials in Heilongjiang Province are analyzed in depth. On the basis of thorough understanding of the distribution of resources, the development of resources and the full grasp of the market trend, suggestions for improving the markert strategy of Chinese herbal medicines are proposed from the aspects of the distribution and use of existing resources, the possession and utilization of external resources, the organization and adjustment of the industrial structure, quality brand building and publicity.
