Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of animation education on the compliance of respiratory function exercise and self-efficacy in perioperative lung tumor patients. Methods From September 2015 to March 2016, in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University and Hu′nan Cancer Hospital, 80 perioperative lung tumor patients were selected. By the random number table method, they were divided into intervention group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine health education, and the intervention group adopted the self-designed animation of respiratory function exercise on the basis of the control group. The levels of respiratory function exercise compliance and self-management efficacy in the two groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the score of respiratory function exercise compliance, total score and each dimension score of self-management efficacy in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion The animation education method can improve perioperative lung tumor patients′ compliance of respiratory function exercise and self-management efficacy.
