Abstract:The community nursing teams in Xiamen have existed many problems in development: insufficiency of personnel, lack of occupation stability, team aging, unreasonable structure, complicated task request, lack of further education, etc. This article aims at through an practical investigation and learning advanced experience from developed countries, from the perspective of serious aspects including talents resource, entry qualification, further education and pay, putting forward reasonable measures to improve the dilemma and overall strength, so that it will promote the integral improvement of community health service.
