Abstract：In order to further realize financial fine accounting, improve the level of hospital economic management. From the actual case, this paper expounds the status of the management of the intangible assets in the public hospitals in recent years, and points out that there are some outstanding problems in the management of the intangible assets of the hospital, such as the indifference of management consciousness, the unsound accounting system and the imperfect management. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward multiple measares to strengthen the management consciousness of intangible assets, the construction of the work system of intangible assets management, the scientific selection of intangible assets evaluation method, the promotion of the application of intangible assets, the construction of the concept of goodwill and so on in order to promote the efficient and orderly development of the management of the intangible assets in the hospital.
