Abstract：The establishment of the management model for the informatization of scientific research consumables in hospitals is an important part of the realization of digital hospital construction. It is of great significance in improving the efficiency of scientific research activities, standardizing the procurement process of consumables, and avoiding the corruption of scientific researchers. Aiming at the blueprint for the development of public hospital management informatization under the direction of the new medical reform policy, we analyze the status quo of reagents and supplies procurement management in hospital research institutes, point out the insufficiency in the management of reagent consumables in domestic hospitals, explore the reconstruction of scientific research reagent consumables procurement process and the research is in line with the implementation strategy of scientific reagent consumables management information system in the First Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University. It provides reference for domestic hospitals and medical institutions at all levels to establish a scientific research reagent consumables management information platform.
