Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standard of Weiyanling Granules. Methods Astragali Radix, Coptidis Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in Weiyanling Granules were identified by thin-layer chromatography (TLC). The contents of geniposide and paeoniflorin in Weiyanling Granules were determinated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) simultaneously. The HPLC method was established with Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of methyl alcohol-water (20∶80, V/V) with the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The detective wavelength was set at 235 nm, and the column temperature was at 25℃. Results TLC spots were clear and well-separated without interference from negative sample. The linear range of geniposide and paeoniflorin were 1.030-10.300 μg and 1.032-10.320 μg with the average recovery being 98.92% and 97.75%, RSD being 1.39% and 1.19%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, feasible, reproducible and accurate, and is suitable for the quality control of Weiyanling Granules.
