Abstract:Objective To study the teaching effect of diversified infectious diseases emergency training mode. Methods In Xinjiang Medical University, 48 nurses were selected as the research object by cluster sampling method, from January to December 2014, they were given diversified infectious diseases meet an emergency training model, from January to December 2016, they were given regular training mode. The theoretical scores and operational scores, simulated exercise coping ability before and after intervention of the nurses were compared, the psychological resilience and occupation recognition were evaluated by self-made psychological resilience and occupation recognition evaluation questionnaire, the statistical method was used to compare and analyze, technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) was used to comprehensively evaluate. Results The theoretical score, operation assessment and the response ability of the diversified infectious diseases emergency training mode were better than regular training, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); the professional recognition evaluation of the diversified infectious diseases emergency training mode was lower than regular training, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the resilience total score, compressive ability and self-determination ability of diversified infectious diseases emergency training mode were higher than regular training, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.01). The TOPSIS method showed that diversified infectious diseases emergency training mode were higher than regular training. Conclusion The diversified infectious diseases emergency training mode can effectively improve the ability of nurses in Department of Infection to cope with the epidemic disease outbreak, it is worth future application.
