Abstract:The employee assistance program is an important means of contemporary human resource management. Its purpose is to improve physical and mental health of employees and improve the performance of the organization. This article takes the clinician as the research object, and through literature analysis, points out the necessity of the hospital's implementation of the employee assistance program, identifies the factors that affect the hospital′s implementation of the employee assistance plan, and formulates an effective employee assistance plan that can be applied to the hospital. It could provide theoretical guidance for the implementation of the employee assistance program in the future, and provide security for the hospital′s human resource management system. To a certain extent, it enhances the enthusiasm of employees and improves the hospital′s performance.
