摘要 丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂Vaspin是一种来源于内脏脂肪组织的新的脂肪因子类型,其与葡萄糖和脂质代谢密切相关,并且参与内皮功能受损与系统炎症进程,同时与氧化应激关联。Vaspin与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的发生、发展有着紧密关联,本文对Vaspin与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征之间可能的相关机制进行了综述,同时就其研究方向及热点进行了简要探讨。

Abstract :Vaspin, a serine protease inhibitor-derived from visceral adipose tissue, has been recently identified as a novel adipokine, which closely related to glucose and lipid metabolism. It participates the process of inflammation and endothelial function impairament, correlated with oxidative stress, simultaneouly. Vaspin is closely related to the occurrence and development of obstructive sleep apnea. This article reviews the possible mechanisms between Vaspin and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. At the same time, the research direction and hot spot are discussed briefly.
