Abstract:Objective To explore and study the positive rate of fatty liver and its related factors in 972 physical examinees. Methods A study was carried out on 972 physical examinees in Chengdu Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January to December 2016, the physical examinees were divided into fatty liver group and non fatty liver group according whether they were fatty liver positive or not. The results of general information, laboratory examination and abdominal B ultrasonic examination were analyzed, and SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results Among the 972 cases, 174 cases of fatty liver were detected, the positive rate was 17.901%, of which, the fatty liver positive rate of male was higher than that of female, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 46.100,P < 0.05). The age, levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), gamma glutamyl transferase (GGT) and proportions of alcohol and smoking of fatty liver group were higher than those of non fatty liver group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The two classification unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that advanced age, male, FPG, TC, TG and ALT were associated with the occurrence of fatty liver, and they were risk factors of fatty liver (P < 0.05). Conclusion Advanced age, male, FPG, TC, TG and ALT are closely related to the occurrence of fatty liver, and they are the risk factors of fatty liver.
