Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Chang′an No.Ⅰ by pharmacodynamics combined with active ingredient contents, and to explore the correlation between active ingredient contents and pharmacodynamics indicators. Methods The antidiarrheal and analgesic tests were used to optimize the best extraction process. SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the Pearson correlation between the active ingredients of Chang′an No.Ⅰ in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and pharmacodynamics indicators. Results The best optimal extraction process of Chang′an No.Ⅰ was water extract. There was a positive correlation between paeoniflorin content and analgesic rate (P < 0.01), and there was no significant correlation between paeoniflorin content and diarrhea index (P > 0.05). Conclusion It is scientific and reasonable to evaluate and optimize the extraction process by dose-effect fusion method. It provides a new way to optimize the extraction process of Chinese medicine, and also provides a reliable experimental basis for the clinical application of Chang′an No.Ⅰ.
