Abstract:Objective to explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on complications of percutaneous liver puncture drainage in the treatment of biliary carcinoma. Methods Ninety cases of patients with biliary carcinoma underwent percutaneous liver puncture drainage from April 2015 to April 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. Each group was given continuous nursing for 2 months. The complication rate, nursing satisfaction and the quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The rates of infection, abdominal bleeding, nausea and vomiting, bile leakage and shock in the observation group were lower than those of control group, with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of control group, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). After nursing, the scores of physical function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function in the two groups were all higher than those of before nursing, and the indicators above in the observation group increased more remarkablely, with statistically significant difference (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with bile duct carcinoma underwent percutaneous liver puncture drainage can reduce the complication rate, improve nursing satisfaction and promote the quality of life.
