Discussion on the practice of recruitment model in a collectivized hospital

Abstract:Recruitment is an important task for collectivized hospitals to meet their demands of talents. It is also a primary step for the hospital to strengthen and cultivate the new staffs team. This article analyzes the recruitment method of a collectivized hospital in Anhui Province, and demonstrates a set of effective recruitment model for collectivized hospitals. Through analyzing the current situation of recruitment, the problems and countermeasures in the recruitment process, and results achieved in collectivized hospitals, this paper concludes that high-quality recruitment of staffs is the fundamental for promotion of hospital comprehensive strength and the development of medical teaching and research. Recruiting the best staffs can bring new blood to hospital and enhance its comprehensive strength. The article suggests that should look into the practice of medical staffs recruitment, analyze the problems, and gradually build a large-scale, formalized and sequencing recruiting process, so as to improve the recruitment system of collectivized hospital, provide a reference for other hospitals.
