Abstract:Chinese medicine institutions of employment channels is relatively narrow, graduates have great employment pressure. How to accurately predict the employment of students, to help them, so that they can early employment is a very important university work. Based on C4.5 decision tree algorithm, this paper generates employment decision tree, determines the important influencing factors of employment and predicts the employment situation. And further use the random forest algorithm to improve the accuracy of employment forecast. This paper provides a new method for the employment of Chinese medicine colleges and universities, and has practical application value.
