Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on replantation of amputated finger. Methods From July 2015 and December 2017, in Department of Microscopic Orthopaedic, the Second People′s Hospital of Hefei City, 62 patients with replantation of amputated finger were selected. According to random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, the observation group was given vascular crisis nursing, comprehensive psychological nursing, delicate occupational rehabilitation training and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. The survival rate and vascular crisis occurrence rate of severed finger, nursing service satisfaction in two groups were compared after patients leaving hospital, before nursing intervention and 3 months after surgery, severed finger function was assessed by total active movement (TAM), Purdue pegboard test (PPT) and Minnesota manual dexterity test (MMDT). Results The survival rate of the replantation severed finger in the observation group was higher than control group, the incidence of vascular crisis was lower than control group, the results of TAM, PPT, and MMDT were better than control group 3 months after surgery, the rate of nursing satisfaction was higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve severed finger survival and function rehabilitation after replantation, it has high application value.
