Abstract:Objective To investigate the influences of multidisciplinary team model nursing intervention for the treatment compliance, cancer-related fatigue, anxiety and depression in elderly patients with advanced lung cancer accompanied with bone metastasis. Methods One hundred and twenty-four cases of elderly patients with advanced lung cancer accompanied with bone metastasis met with the inclusive criteria treated in Tumor Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given multidisciplinary team model nursing intervention. The revised Piper fatigue scale (PFS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were used to evaluate the status of cancer-related fatigue, anxiety and depression. The treatment compliance between two groups was compared. Results After nursing intervention, the treatment compliance (including taking medicine on time, rational diet, reasonable exercises and timely reexamination) in the observation group was all higher than the control group, the differences were all statistically significant (all P < 0.05). After intervention, the scores of PFS (including emotion, severity of behavior, perception and cognition) in the observation group were all lower than those before intervention, and the scores of indexes above in the observation group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). After intervention for 1, 2, 3 months, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were all lower than those before intervention, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Multidisciplinary team model nursing intervention in elderly patients with advanced lung cancer accompanied with bone metastasis has good application effects, which can enhance the treatment compliance, improve cancer-related fatigue, alleviate negative emotions of anxiety and depression, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
