Abstract:With the popularization of mobile phone, the mobile health care and the mobile office are integrating into our lives gradually. The mobile health care requires that the hospital improves the management standards as well as the service, and promote the information public administration, which has been a crucial task. Currently, the level of using information in the hospitals is unsatisfactory; and the traditional information construction has defects the high investment but hard to use. This article uses the public administration as the point combining the experience of applying “Dingtalk” software in Beijing Tongren Hospital, Capital Medical University to explore how to improve the management standards by using the mobile internet technology.
