There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of general self-efficacy and job satisfaction before and after intervention in the control group (P > 0.05). After interveniton, the scores of general self-efficacy and job satisfaction in the study group were higher than those of before intervention and those of control group at the same period of time, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).
