Abstract:This paper analyzed the medical staffs' misconduct in the practice of medical facilities, proposed that hospital administration should be strengthened by training hospital core values of knowledge connotation, coagulation the core values that conforms to the hospital development, relying on the hospital culture to optimize the medical staffs' implicit system and professional quality in accordance with the core system and job requirements. Thus as the guide of building moral ideas and value orientation, hospital culture as the basis and the unity of knowledge, faith, action, with a third party evaluation for medium hospital core values system, then optimize the medical staffs' implicit system, influence their practice behavior. In the process of cultivating the core values of medical staffs, realize their self-consciousness and self-reflection, standardize their practice behavior, thereby improve the hospital satisfaction.
