Abstract：Nowadays the general practitioners standardized training is an important part of the training of resident doctors in Beijing. But the training teachers in endocrinology and general practitioners may lack of general medical science theory and they are unfamiliar with general medical work features, it leads to the general training models are similar to the training of endocrine specialist. Therefore, the teachers should put general medical science theory into the whole training, be clear with the tasks and pay more attention to the trainings of general practitioner abilities. Though the training the general practitioners could strengthen the emergency treatment and recognition, provide guidance for common endocrine diseases management in the elderly people. At the same time, the application of “Balint group” is benefit to improve doctor-patient communication, and reasonable evaluation method should be used in general practitioner training assessment. Lastly the construction of the endocrinology teacher staff should be strengthen, which can further improve the standardized general practitioner training.
