Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of target nursing mode in adjuvant therapy of EDP in AECOPD patients. Methods From March 2015 to April 2017, in Kailuan General Hospital, 200 AECOPD patients undergoing EDP therapy were selected, according to random number table, they were divided into target group (n = 100, given routine nursing and nursing target) and convention group (n = 100, given routine nursing). The negative emotional scores, chronic obstructive pulmonary symptom score (CAT), exercise endurance, and lung function indexes and the degree of satisfaction were compared. Results After implementation, the scores of anxiety and depression, CAT in two groups were lower than those before implementation (P < 0.05), and these in the target group were lower than those in the routine group (P < 0.05). After implementation, the 6 min walking distance (6MWT), the respiratory volume (FEV1) and forced expiratory volume (FEV1/FVC) in two groups were higher than those before implementation (P < 0.05), these in the target group were higher than those in the convention group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction and the good rate in two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of EDP assisted treatment, the AECOPD targeted nursing mode can significantly relieve negative emotions, improve clinical symptoms, exercise endurance and lung function, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
