警示安全标志对急诊留观患者的应用价值研究

摘要目的探究警示安全标志对急诊留观患者的应用价值。方法选取江苏省海安市人民医院急诊室2016年12月—2017年7月急诊留观患者194例，随机选取2016年12月—2017年3月收治的101例患者为对照组，随机选取2017年4月—7月收治的93例为观察组。对照组患者给予常规误吸预防宣传教育，观察组患者在对照组基础上实行警示安全标志的误吸护理方案。比较两组患者误吸发生率、不良反应发生率及患者与家属满意度。结果观察组患者误吸发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论警示安全护理干预能有效减少急诊留观患者的误吸发生情况，降低不良反应发生率，提高护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of warning safety signs to patients in department of emergency. Methods A total of 194 department of emergency patients in the emergency room of Hai’an People’s Hospital in Jiangsu Province were selected from December 2016 to July 2017, and 101 patients admitted from December 2016 to March 2017 were randomly selected as the control group, another 93 patients admitted from April to July 2017 were randomly selected as the observation group. The patients in the control group were given regular aspiration prevention publicity and education, while the patients in the observation group implemented the aspiration care plan with warning safety signs on the basis of the control group. The incidence of aspiration, the incidence of adverse reactions and the satisfaction of patients and their families were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of aspiration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Warning safety nursing intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of aspiration in emergency observation patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve nursing satisfaction.
