Abstract:Objective To establish the quality standard of Kangbingduganmao Granules, to better control the product quality and to provide guarantee for clinical safety application. Methods Bupleuri Radix, Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis and Isatidis Radix in Kangweiganmao Granules were identified qualitatively by thin layer chromatography (TLC). The content of loganin, the main effective component of Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The ODS-3 was used as the column and acetonitrile-water (12∶88) was used as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 236 nm. Results TLC spots were clear, the resolution was good, specificity was strong, and negative control had no interference. The loganin in the range of 4.72-236.00 μg/mL showed good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.9999). The average recovery rate was 100.57% and RSD was 1.19% (n = 6). The determination results of three batches of samples were 0.4335, 0.3741 and 0.3142 mg/g respectively. Conclusion The established qualitative and quantitative methods are accurate, reliable and reproducible, and can be used as quality control methods for antiviral cold granules.
