基于医养结合模式的中医药复合型人才培养对策研究

摘要医养结合模式是近年来逐步发展起来的新型医疗模式，其将医疗和养护有机结合，有效缓解当今中国老龄化增速的难题。中医药在医养结合领域有着独特的优势，医养结合模式的发展，给中医药学生带来了前所未有的新机遇，因此培养服务医养结合医疗模式的中医药复合型人才具有重要意义。本文阐述了医养结合模式下中医药院校人才培养存在专业特色不鲜明、生源数量不足、培养目标模糊、专业衔接不充分、服务理念薄弱、人文素养缺失的问题，并提出了加强教育师资的投入，建设“医”与“养”结合的学科，加强医养结合式的临床实践，提升中医药学生的服务意识，培养中医药学生的人文素质的培养对策。

Abstract：Combination of medical care and nursing is a new medical model which has been developed gradually in recent years, which combines medical treatment and nursing organically to effectively alleviate the problem of aging growth in China today. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the field of the combination of medical care and nursing, and the development of the combination of medical care and nursing has brought unprecedented new opportunities to traditional Chinese medicine students, so it is of great significance to train Chinese medicine compound talents who serve the combination of medical care and nursing combined with medical model. This paper expounds the problems of the existing professional characteristics of personnel training in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities under the mode of medical nursing, such as the lack of distinctive specialties, the insufficient number of students, the vague training objectives, the inadequate connection of specialties, the weak service concept and the lack of humanistic accomplishment, and puts forward the subject of strengthening the investment of education teachers strengthen the clinical practice of medical combination, enhance the service consciousness of traditional Chinese medicine students, and cultivate the cultivation countermeasures of traditional Chinese medicine students′ humanistic quality.
