Abstract:Taking Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University as an example, the concepts and methods of performance management are applied in hospital propaganda management. The significance, objectives and principles of hospital publicity performance management are clarified from four dimensions including publicity management, publicity workload, we-media construction and public opinion management. A hospital publicity performance evaluation index system covering 20 indicators at 2 levels was constructed. It provides a powerful starting point for the fine management of hospital publicity, forms a large pattern of hospital publicity from horizontal to bottom and vertical to the edge, and forms a closed loop system of continuous optimization of hospital publicity. This paper puts forward the ways and methods to improve the efficiency, quality and effect of hospital propaganda in the new period.
