葡萄柚果实营养及健康功效研究进展

摘要葡萄柚果实营养丰富，富含维生素、类胡萝卜素、类黄酮、香豆素类等多种活性成分，具有重要的营养、保健和医药研究价值。我国引进葡萄柚近80年的历史，目前国内葡萄柚的研究主要集中在葡萄柚种质资源、抗氧化和抑菌活性、生物学特性等方面，葡萄柚功效研究与国外还有很大差距。本文搜集整理了国内外葡萄柚果实营养、功能成分及功效试验研究进展，以期给今后的研究及应用提供理论依据。

Abstract：Grapefruit fruit is rich in nutrition, rich in vitamins, carotenoids, flavonoids, coumarins and other active ingredients, has important nutritional, health and medical research value. Grapefruit introduced into China for nearly 80 years of history, the present domestic research mainly concentrated in the grapefruit grapefruit germplasm resources, anti-oxidation and antimicrobial activity, biological characteristics, etc. grapefruit efficacy research also has the very big disparity with the foreign. This paper collect the grapefruit fruit nutrition, functional component and efficacy test at home and abroad research progress, in order to provide theoretical basis for future research and application.
