Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of Ginkgo dipyridamole combined with Xingnaojing in patients with traumatic intracranial hemorrhage and its effect on neurological function recovery. Methods Eighty patients with traumatic cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Cangzhou Hospital of integrated TCM-WM·Hebei from January 2017 to May 2018 were divided into control group (n = 40) and study group (n = 40) according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with Xingnaojing, and the patients in the study group were treated with Ginkgo dipyridamole on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The levels of nerve growth factor (NGF), human brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), neuropeptide Y (NPY), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scores were compared before and after treatment. At the same time, the adverse reactions of the two groups were observed during the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of NGF, BDNF and GCS score in the two groups were higher than those in the control group before treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The NPY level and NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). There were no serious adverse reactions during the treatment period in both groups. Conclusion Ginkgo dipyridamole combined with Xingnaojing has definite curative effect on traumatic cerebral hemorrhage. It can significantly improve the neurological function of patients with good safety and has certain clinical application value.
