Abstract:Taking a public tertiary hospital in China as an example, this paper selects nearly 20 key indicators such as the efficiency, quality, service, medical consumable expenditures, satisfaction and so on of the development of the medical departments of the related hospitals. From the aspects of daily department management, routine biochemical projects Testing, POCT project management, clinical quality and safety, clinical satisfaction, complaint management and dispute resolution rate, medical consumables and other costs and other aspects of the establishment of a more scientific and complete three-dimensional performance appraisal system, combined with clinicians, nursing staff, medical and technical personnel workload, intensity of work, the degree of risk, the number of hours of care and other aspects of reference comparison, in order to draw the assessment of different medical personnel methods. It has certain reference and guiding significance to deepen the current public hospital performance management reform, improve the assessment examination and allocation system and improve the overall level of hospital diagnosis and treatment.
