甲状腺滤泡癌术后气管及纵隔转移1例

摘要甲状腺滤泡癌早期易发生血道转移，常见转移部位是骨和肺，发生气管及纵隔转移临床并不多见。本文报道1例甲状腺滤泡癌术后4年发生气管及纵隔转移的49岁男性患者，结合文献，分析该疾病临床特征、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗方法及预后。

Abstract：The early stage of follicular thyroid carcinoma is prone to hematogenous metastasis, the common sites of metastasis are lung and bone, the trachea and mediastina metastasis is exceptionally rare. This paper reports a 49-year-old male patient with trachea and mediastina metastasis 4 years after the operation of follicular thyroid carcinoma. The clinical features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment and prognosis are analyzed with reference to the literature.
