黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗小龙虾致横纹肌溶解症临床效果的体会

摘要横纹肌溶解症（RM）是由于横纹肌损伤引起的肌细胞溶解，释放大量肌红蛋白、肌酸磷酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶进入外周血液造成的机体生化紊乱及脏器功能损伤的一系列临床综合征。食用小龙虾所致的RM又称哈夫病，属中医“肌痹”范畴，由饮食不当、脾失健运、湿邪痹阻经络所致。黄芪桂枝五物汤出自《金匮要略》，由黄芪、桂枝、白芍、大枣组成。笔者在西医常规处理的基础上采用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减治疗食用小龙虾所致的RM，取得满意效果。

Abstract：Rhabdomyolysis (RM) is a series of clinical syndromes, the dissolution of muscle cells caused by striated muscle injury releases plenty of myoglobin, creatine phosphokinase and lactate dehydrogenase, which enter the peripheral blood and give rise to organic biochemical disorder and injury of organ function. RM caused by eating crayfish is also called as Haff disease, which belongs to Chinese medicine “muscle bi-disease”, muscle bi-disease is caused by improper diet, dysfunction of spleen in transportation, dampness blocking channel. Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction is from Synopsis of Golden Chamber, which is made up of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Fructus Jujubae. The author uses Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the treatment of RM caused by crayfish on basis of conventional treatment of western medicine, which has achieved satisfactory effects.
