Abstract:Objective To discuss the clinical significance to patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion by ultrasonic hemodynamic. Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, 25 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were selected as observation group, 40 normal healthy age of childbearing women were selected as control group. The differences in ultrasound-related indices such as endometrial and ovarian hemodynamics were compared between two groups. Results There was statistical significance in the comparison of average endometrial thickness (t = 5.095, P < 0.05), there was statistical significance in the comparison of the structural excellent rate (χ2 = 31.454, P < 0.01), and there were statistical significance in the uterine artery, endometrial artery, ovarian artery PSV and EDV (t = 2.239, 2.894, 4.520, 4.841, 5.021, 4.852, all P < 0.05). There were statistical significance in the indexes of RI, PI, RI and RI, the differences were statistically significant (t = 2.625, 2.746, 4.732, 4.991, 5.841, all P < 0.05). However, there was no significant difference in PI index between two groups (t = 0.095, P > 0.05). Conclusion There is significant differences in endometrial and ovarian hemodynamic parameters between recurrent spontaneous abortion and healthy women, it can initially determine the endometrial receptivity by ultrasound hemodynamic monitor, it provides a new idea for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of recurrent spontaneous abortion. There is important clinical significance in recurrent spontaneous abortion treatment guidance and efficacy evaluation.
