One uremia case with induced encephalopathy after applying Linezolid

Abstract： In the clinical work, 1 uremic case in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University during the application of Linezolid was observed and studied. The patient′s death occurred, because of related encephalopathy and despite all treatment. In this case, it could be concluded that patients with uremic were likely to lead to the accumulation of Linezolid. The dose and time of taken Linezolid should be reduced when it was necessarily used. Otherwise there will be serious adverse consequences, even cause the patient′s death. In clinical practice, additional attention should be paid to this scenario.
