The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 97.5% in viscera massage group and 80.0% in the medicine group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The scores of complexion and thirsty in medicine group before and after treatment were not statistically significant (P > 0.05), the scores of the other symptoms in the medicine group before and after treatment were all statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the total scores of TCM syndrome and the scores of main symptoms and the secondary symptoms in the viscera massage group were all lower than those of medicine group, the differences were all statistically significant (P < 0.05).
