Influence of cluster intervention on negative psychology in patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis and withdrawal syndrome

Abstract:Objective To investigate influence of cluster intervention on negative psychology in patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis and withdrawal syndrome. Methods 104 patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis and withdrawal syndrome were selected in Hainan Second People′s Hospital from October 2014 to October 2016, who were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 52 cases in each group. Negative psychological status, SF-36 score, HAMA score, HAMD score were compared between two groups before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the scores of SF-36, HAMA score and HAMD, the distribution of anxiety and depression in the two groups were better those before nursing, and the observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Cluster intervention can improve negative psychological status in patients with alcoholic liver cirrhosis and withdrawal syndrome, which can also improve quality of life.
