Abstract：This paper summarizes the experience of Professor Li Liyun, a famous TCM veteran gynecology doctor, on the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion according to emotional disorder. It will give some unique insights to clinical practice about RSA along with one proven case. Li Liyun considers that emotional disorder will cause habitual abortion owing to disharmony of Chong and Conception Channels, discordance between Qi and blood and non-consolidation of fetal origin. Before pregnancy, syndrome differentiation and treatment from liver is highly praised. After pregnancy, fetus-quieting should be paid more attention. Positive psychological intervention plays an important role throughout medical work.
