Psychological status of patients with myocardial infarction interventional therapy and nursing countermeasures

Abstract:Objective To survey psychological state of the patients with myocardial infarction in interventional therapy, in order to formulate various form education intervention method. Methods 120 cases with myocardial infarction in interventional therapy in the First Hospital of China Medical University from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected, and they were received survey questionnaire about psychological state, to formulat various form education intervention method. Results The subjective psychological experience survey after interventional therapy showed that the satisfaction about the effect of interventional treatment was the highest, accounted for 82.50%. The general attitudes towards the interventional treatment was positive, accounted for 85.00%. The proportion of willing to accept the doctor's advice was 79.17%, and the proportion of opinion held a negative attitude to the doctor was 20.83%. The highest requirements of this group was the phone call or message advisory, accounted for 90.00%. Conclusion The general attitudes of patients towards the interventional treatment are positive, while some patients have a negative attitude toward their doctors, so effective interventions should be made, which can be suitable for the different psychological states of patients with myocardial infarction .
